GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1: Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all registrations for the Occitanie Nîmes Archery 2027.
Consequently, upon registration, the archer acknowledges having read the special terms of sale set out below and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by ARC CLUB DE NÎMES shall constitute proof of all transactions.

Article 2: Products

The products concerned are archer registrations, shuttle reservations, paid training sessions, and spectator entry tickets for the Occitanie Nîmes Archery 2027.

Article 3: Registration

The registration recorded by the archer shall be considered proof of its nature, content, and date.
Orders become effective upon receipt of full payment including all taxes for registrations.
IMPORTANT : Any registration not paid within 10 days will be automatically deleted.
ARC CLUB DE NÎMES reserves the right to cancel any registration from an archer with whom there is an ongoing dispute regarding payment of a prior order.
The registration deadline is set for January 10, 2027, at 11:59 PM. Beyond this limit, no further registrations will be accepted . Any payment received between January 10 and January 15, 2027, will automatically be returned to the sender.

Article 4: Prices

Registration prices are indicated inclusive of all taxes. These prices are expressed in euros, and orders are payable in euros.
Product prices are set by ARC CLUB DE NÎMES . The price list below is considered definitive and will undergo no changes until the registration deadline for the Occitanie Nîmes Archery 2027.

Article 5: Payment

Purchases are payable in euros and in full at the time of order by the archer. Payment can be made by check payable to ARC CLUB DE NÎMES or by credit/debit card for online registrations. All registrations must be completed beforehand on the website www.nimesarchery.com.
ARC CLUB DE NÎMES reserves the right to cancel or request additional information or an alternative payment method if the amounts involved are significant.
The archer may not, on the grounds of a claim, withhold all or part of the amounts due or offset them.

Article 6: Refund Conditions

In case of tournament cancellation: If the tournament is canceled by French authorities for health emergency reasons, your registration fee will be refunded minus a flat management fee of €10.
Standard refund conditions:
Until December 31, 2025, any registration canceled by the customer for any reason will be refunded as follows:
€110 for IWS registrations
€90 for Master (+50) and Barebow registrations
€60 for U15, U18, and U21 registrations
As of January 1, 2027, no refund requests will be accepted.

Article 7: Photographers

Press accreditation requests for photographers must be made on site during the Occitanie Nîmes Archery 2027 (Parnasse arena). Accreditation is issued upon presentation of a valid press card. ARC CLUB DE NÎMES reserves the right to grant or deny these accreditation requests.

Article 8: Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. The language of this contract is French.
In the event of a dispute, any claims regarding the interpretation or execution of these conditions and related orders shall, failing an amicable settlement, fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nîmes.

Article 10: Privacy

Is intended for internal use by ARC CLUB DE NÎMES.
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose personal data concerning you at any time.
